There are three ways to pay for your online booking:
• online with your credit or debit card
• by entering a Purchase Order number against which your organisation will be invoiced
• by posting a cheque made payable to "ALAMA 2006"

Bookings cannot be made unless full payment or a fully authorised Pruchase Order is sent with the booking form.

When you have made your selections, if you choose to pay online by card you will be taken to the HSBC Card Payment Service website to enter you card details. Most kinds of credit and debit cards will be accepted. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Visa Delta but not American Express. There is a 2.85% admin fee applied to credit card payments. No handling fee is applied to debit card payments.

ALAMA is not VAT Registered.

Terms and conditions
This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Payment must be received in full prior to the event. Delegate places will be confirmed and conference details sent subject to receipt of payment.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing three full weeks prior to the event and will be refunded minus an administration charge of £50. We regret that no refunds can be made after that time, for whatever reason, although substitutions will be accepted if notified in writing prior to the event. Event Management and Marketing Matters (EMMM) will hold the personal information you provide on a database.
