Payment
You can pay by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS, but please note that the Conference payment and bank details have changed again this year. Purchase orders and payments must be made to the organisers EMMM Ltd – National Conference and not to NAEGA itself.
Early booking discount
Please note the deadline for the early booking rate is July 11 2008, the full booking fee will be charged on all bookings made after July 11 2008. Non-member fees includes NAEGA membership for 2008.
Accommodation
Rooms in the college cannot be guaranteed after this date due to the high demand the college experiences for leisure accommodation in September. So best to book early to ensure you are on campus to enjoy the spectacular college experience.

Supported attendance or concessions
Support, in terms of assistance with travel costs or conference registration fees, may be available for those who are not employed or who have been unable to source funding for their attendance at the conference.
