Conference booking options

The full range of conference options for NAEGA members and non-members are outlined below please continue to the online booking form to select your preferred package.

This year, in order to offer a wider choice and with an eye on budget restrictions, delegates can select a registration package which includes sharing a twin room with a colleague (Options 1, 9 & 11). If you opt for shared occupancy you will be asked to fill in the name of the person you wish to share with on the booking form.

Payment

You can pay by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS. Pease note all purchase orders and payments must be made to EMMM Ltd – National Conference and not to NAEGA itself.

Early booking discount

Please note the deadline for the early booking rate is 10th July 2009, the full booking fee will be charged on all bookings made after 10th July 2009. Non-member fees includes NAEGA membership for 2009.

Accommodation

Rooms at the conference hotel will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Late bookers may be allocated rooms at a nearby hotel. Book early to ensure you are onsite as demand for places may outstrip supply.

Supported attendance or concessions

Support, in terms of assistance with conference registration fees, may be available for those members who are not employed or whose employers will not fund their attendance at the conference. For full details of bursaries and an application form contact:
